Eight Miniatures from the Allen Ash Manuscript

The eight pieces in this collection originate from the manuscript of Allen Ash, a fiddler and instrument maker who settled in Upper Canada in 1818. John Beckwith has selected and arranged four songs and four fiddle tunes, including: Darby O'Kelly, Ye Banks and Braes, The Queen of Prussia's Waltz, and Rule Britannia. Students will love exploring the world of fiddling.
