Eugène Walckièrs (1793 1866) was a French flautist and composer. He studied at first with a master called Marchand then went to Parish where he studied with Jean Louis Tulou. While there he also met Henri Brod, Gioacchina Rossini and Anton Reicha with whom he studied harmony and composition.
