Rhapsody in Red is dedicated to Emmanuelle Roh, a young percussionist with a passion for keyboard percussion instruments – vibraphone, xylophone and glockenspiel – as well as for the world of wine. The piece reflects her taste for sound and rhythmic exploration, alternating between sparkling lightness and intense outbursts, before culminating in a brilliant and colorful finale. The work unfolds in four movements, each revealing a facet of this musical universe:
