This edition includes 32 of the numerous piano pieces by Finnish composer Heino Kaski (1885-1957). Many of them are everlasting favourites among Finnish pianists, such as Yö meren rannalla (Night by the Sea) and the brilliant Pankakoski Prelude. There are also many more lyrical miniatures with beautiful arching melodies in the collection.
