Hymn and Celebration is specifically written for advanced middle school or younger high school ensembles. More proficient groups will find the ranges, rhythms, and technique to be less challenging but at the same time will find an opportunity to explore and perform contrasting styles in music. This work provides an exceptional medium to teach and reinforce syncopation, articulation, phrasing, and meter changes.
